Candle March on 09.05.2015 @ 5 pm, from Dr.RML Hospital to Jantar Mantar

Dear All,
We all know that health care services are becoming a day dream for a common man. Two days before few hospitals in Delhi were contracted out. Under our nose all these things are happening and we will not be aware or sensitive about the consequences. For time being someone may be happy but neither the patient, community nor workers have the right to question in such atmosphere.
We Nurses form more than 50% health manpower in health sector who are qualified and skilled to provide the care to the needy at affordable cast. Due to non availability of such avenues and  our willingness to work at the risk of our needs and family we were step behind. Time has come to wake up and come forward to demonstrate our skills and gain confidence within ourselves and in community that we are real angels who save the life. Hence we need to stand in solidarity with the majority of the population and its social responsibility to provide the quality care at the door step and affordable cost, through community participation.

TO SAVE THE PUBLIC HEALTH, We nursing professionals from all over the India have called for an introspection and in solidarity have planned a CANDLE MARCH from Dr.RML Hospital to Jantar Mantar on 09.05.2015 at 5pm under the leadership of Delhi Nurses Union (DNU).
More than 15 states are representing and participating in this event so WE APPEAL ALL NURSING PROFESSIONALS TO BE A PART OF THIS MARCH, Lets Pledge that we will be able to assure an affordable and accessible care to all.
We appeal active citizens to be part of this event by signing on the Banner with same demands on 6*4 flex which will be carried along with march.
